Simatek's lists of references include:

>230 process filters in sanitary execution, more than 75 of which being CIP-able 
>185 flue gas cleaning filters/filter systems, more than 50 of which being equipped with ab-/adsorption
>135 industrial plants for central vacuum cleaning
>155 pneumatic conveying systems

Technologically and on selected markets Simatek is the front runner. The company employs approx. 90 persons, with main activities within the engineering field.

2004
The shareholders behind Simatek A/S, the Nordic equity fund Capman as well as private investors, establish a corporate group. The group, which includes Simatek A/S, buys the companies Anhydro A/S and Dedert Corp. Inc. with subsidiaries. The new group is named Anhydro Holding A/S.
The group is hereafter a world leader in:
Drying systems for the food industry, the pharmaceutical industry and the chemical industry as well as process filtration for the same industries.
Simatek A/S continues the activities in the existing framework from a yet stronger position.

2003
The activities in Simatek Engineering A/S are transferred to Simatek A/S.

2002
The circle of owners in the hitherto family-owned company is expanded with 2 new shareholders (Ole Andersen, former manager of Gea/Niro & York, and Carlo Olsen, also former Gea/Niro & York).

1998
Simatek delivers the first process filter with Cleaning In Place (CIP).

1997
The company's activities within flue gas cleaning are spun off into a separate company, Simatek Engineering A/S.

1996
The company's activities within mechanical transport are spun off into a separate company,  Simatek Bulk Systems A/S.

1994
Simatek delivers the first flue gas cleaning filter with absorption of acid gases as well as adsorption of heavy metals and dioxins.

1989
Simatek delivers the first flue gas cleaning filter for incineration of biofuel.

1982
Simatek takes over Jerslev Maskinfabrik A/S which has manufactured and delivered the recognized filter program Vetyfon since the foundation in 1970.
Simatek expands the business area to delivery of sanitary process filters, primarily for spray drying of milk powder and baby food.

1981
Simatek A/S is established as a trading and assembly company by Poul Andersen on 1st May. The primary business area is sale and assembly of mechanical conveying systems and filtration plants for the agro- and food industry.
The company employs 7 people from the start.
